Are any of the woods you use on the endangered species list?

CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) is an international agreement between governments. Its aim is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten the survival of the species. We do not use any woods that come from trees that are on the CITES list.

How long does it take you to make an item?

The length of time required to make an item varies greatly depending on size and complexity. In general terms, a dragon will take between 30-40 hours, while a bear will take between 20-30 hours.

Is the finish on your items non-toxic?

Yes, all items are finished with non-toxic polyurethane.

Is shipping included in the price?

No, shipping is not included and will be calculated via USPS as you complete your check-out.

If an item is not in stock, how long will it take to make it?

All items may be ordered in any wood listed under the Available Woods page. It will take between 1-2 weeks to complete a special ordered item. Once your order is complete we’ll be in touch with a completion date. Or you may send an inquiry through the Contact Us form on the Home page for an estimate.

What is your return policy?

Items in stock at time of ordering may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, subject to receipt and confirmation the item is in the same condition as when originally shipped. We do not pay return shipping or refund original shipping cost or sales tax paid, if any.
